iExpertus 

Has held relevant positions in multinational and national companies such as IBM, Litton Industries, Ericsson, in Mexico and abroad, as well as Axtel an early service provider in Mexico, contributing to the expansion of the telecommunications infrastructure, from development to the introduction of state-of-the-art systems and technologies for the country's networks. He was President of the Federal Telecommunications Commission, from 2001 to 2006. Since then, he has continued providing consulting services across various industry segments, including Pay TV service providers. He has also developed Ingeniosus, an innovative project designed to support Seniors in using smartphones.
